Samples

I'm happy to consider samples but please get in touch before sending anything. Two rules:

1. I do not guarantee coverage in return for samples
2. I do not accept payment for editorial coverage

Please avoid plastic packaging and remember that everything you send ends up in my home recycling.

I may decline samples due to space constraints, time pressures, or relevance to my coverage areas.

Press comment & consulting

I provide expert comment for journalists on spirits (particularly gin and whisky), cocktails, beer, cider, non-alcoholic drinks, bar and pub culture, and sustainability in the drinks industry.

I also take on consulting work for private clients. Email me with an outline of what you'd like to discuss and we can arrange a meeting.
